Cancelation Policy

Consultations : If Tarana has to cancel a complimentary consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be contacted to re-schedule a call at your earliest convenience. Classes: If Tarana has to cancel a class either a class credit or make up session will be provided. If registrants miss a class that took place as scheduled, Tarana does not provide a make up session. In the case of technical difficulties on Tarana's end, the lesson will be recorded and emailed directly to registered participants.
